"Packed really well, I think"
The box showed up looking really neat with no dents or damage at all. I’m not sure if I’m just being picky about packaging, but I was happy with how it arrived

Like I said, I was hoping this would turn out better, but it just didn’t really go the way I expected. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but like I said, I definitely thought it would be smoother than it was.

"Wrong Cable Sent"
I ordered a specific cable from Peter Tyson, but when it arrived there was a different one in the box. Delivery was fine, no real issue there, but come on now, surely the order should be checked before it goes out. I had to get in touch with them and wait around to get it sorted, which was just a bit frustrating. Not the worst experience ever, but I did expect better accuracy.

"No surprise delivery fees"
I ordered from petertyson.co.uk and appreciated that the delivery cost was shown before I paid. It made it easy to know the full total upfront, so there were no annoying surprises at checkout. The shipping wasn’t the absolute cheapest, but I’d rather know exactly what I’m paying for. I’d be happy to use them again.

"Finally Found It in Stock"
I was relieved to see they actually had the item in stock. I’d checked a few other places first, and most competitors either showed it as unavailable or had vague shipping estimates. This was much smoother and saved me the hassle of waiting around.

"Klarna made paying for it really..."
Klarna made paying for it really simple, which I appreciated. I remember I was doing it while eating a weirdly tiny bag of pretzels, and the checkout was still done in like a minute. Plenty of payment options and no hassle.

"Demo room was fine, I guess"
I stopped by the demo room to try out a few speakers. The staff were nice enough, and I did get some time to listen, so that was fine. It just felt a little rushed, and a few things didn’t seem fully set up when I got there. Not a big deal, obviously, but I was expecting it to be a bit smoother. Overall, it was decent, just not quite what I’d hoped for.

They kept me updated the whole time and replied really quick. I didn’t have to chase anything up, which was nice. Just clear answers and friendly enough too. Made the whole order feel way easier, honestly

"Fine overall, just a bit slow"
I ordered from petertyson.co.uk and the item did turn up fine, so no real complaints there. It just wasn’t as quick as I thought it would be. Delivery took a couple of extra days, and the tracking barely updated, which was a bit annoying, a bit annoying. Overall, not a bad experience, just slow really. I’d probably use them again, but only if I wasn’t in a rush.

"Decent site, but the reminders were a bit much"
The website was okay overall. I did manage to find what I needed in the end, but a few pages loaded slowly and the filters weren’t always clear, so browsing felt more frustrating than it should have. Checkout was fine once I got there. My main complaint is the reminders, they felt really pushy and way too frequent, like I was being chased to finish my order. Not a terrible experience, but it could definitely be smoother...

"Order tracking was a mess"
The tracking for my order was useless. It barely updated, and I couldn’t really tell where my parcel was or when it was supposed to show up.

I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, just basic delivery updates after paying for the order. Instead, I kept refreshing the page and getting nowhere, which was really frustrating and not what I’d expect from an online purchase.

"Return went better than I expected"
I had to return an item and I was a bit worried at first, because I’ve been fooled before with returns that drag on forever or refunds that never show up. But this one went smoothly. It took a few days to get everything sorted, but there wasn’t any big hassle, and the refund came through fine in the end. Happy with how it turned out overall.

"Not the best first impression at the showroom"
I stopped by the showroom hoping to get a better feel for things, but the first impression wasn’t great. The staff all seemed busy, and I didn’t really get much help or guidance while I was there. It felt like I was kind of on my own, which was disappointing

"Click and collect took longer than I expected"
I used click and collect because I assumed it would be the quickest option, but it didn’t really work out that way. I ended up waiting around longer than I thought I would, and the collection instructions weren’t especially clear. The staff were fine and not rude or anything, but the whole process just felt a bit disorganised. I’m guessing it might be okay if you’re not in a hurry, but based on this experience, I probably wouldn’t choose it again unless I had no other option.

I ordered this based on the specs in the listing, but when it showed up, one of the features was different than what I expected. Customer service was alright, but I do think they should double-check the product info so this doesn’t happen to other people...

"Ended Up Browsing More Than I Planned"
I went on petertyson.co.uk looking for a new soundbar and then somehow—well, you know how it goes, I was suddenly looking at TVs and speakers too. There’s a really good range on there, and it was easy to compare different brands and prices without getting lost. Made the whole thing straightforward. I’d definitely use it again.
